How long will it take for my order to be processed ?

 

It takes up to 1 to 2.5 weeks before your order is fully completed upon which order your purchase was received. 

 

Why does it take so long for my products to come in before it becomes customized?

 

The reason it could take 1 - 2.5 weeks for the shipping is If i am not able to find your item in stores i will have to order them online , Henceforth the reason for the wait time being so long.

 

Will my items look exactly like the display photos?

 

ALL custom painted items will look slightly different. They are all created by hand, not by machine. They will not be identical but they will look similar. 

 

Do we sell shoes in women sizes ?

 

All shoes on our website size comes in either men or grade school.

 

Am I able to send you my used shoes to work on ?

 

At the moment we do not accept used sneakers to customize , We only use  new sneakers to work with , But in the future we are looking towards the idea of it. 

 

Am I able to return items ?

 

Due to the nature of custom work I do not offer refunds. Because it takes time to make these pieces and they are made by hand not by machine.

 

What shipping service do you provide?

 

For United States orders we provide UPS and for international orders we use USPS.

 

Are the shoes used authentic ?

 

Yes every shoe we use on our website are from the direct manufacturer or from goat , ebay if necessary.

 

I saw a custom shoe  from someone else, Would you be able to create it ?

 

We can try to remake it the best way we can based off of photos sent but for it to look exactly alike is uncertain.

 

Are all items wearable?

 

Yes every item you see on our website is wearable and will hold up against  scratching , fading and others. But does not include running , exercising or Sporting activities unless the model is used for those type of activities.
